Roast and Toast Coffee is a brand identity design for an upbeat and modern coffee house. With a funky logo featuring an illustration of a coffee cup shaped like a happy slice of toast, Roast and Toast Coffee aims to create a unique and vibrant coffee house experience.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The objective of this project was to develop a brand identity that captures the lively and contemporary atmosphere of Roast and Toast Coffee. The brand needed to appeal to coffee lovers who seek a fun and energetic coffee experience.
OBJECTIVE
The design process began with extensive research into coffee house trends, target audience preferences, and competitor analysis. The goal was to create a visual identity that would stand out in a crowded market and resonate with their target audience.
The logo design became the focal point of the brand identity. And so I chose a playful and funky approach, illustrating a coffee cup in the shape of a happy slice of toast. This whimsical logo not only reflects the name "Roast and Toast," but also creates an immediate visual connection with coffee and a sense of joy.
To complement the logo, a bold and vibrant color palette was selected, featuring warm tones and energizing accents. The typography used in the brand identity was chosen to be a bit funky with a 70’s throwback vibe, balancing legibility with a touch of playfulness.
The brand identity was applied to various touchpoints, including packaging, signage, apparel, and marketing collateral.
PROCESS
The final result is an engaging and upbeat brand identity for Roast and Toast Coffee. The funky logo, featuring a coffee cup as a happy slice of toast, captures the essence of the brand's unique and vibrant coffee experience. The bold color palette and clean typography reinforce the modern and energetic atmosphere of the coffeehouse.
